How do I place an order as a customer from Switzerland (without VAT)?

A refund of German VAT is only possible if you personally export the goods to Switzerland. If the goods are shipped directly to Switzerland, a refund is not possible.

• Direct Delivery to Switzerland

1. For orders up to a value of 1,000 euros (excluding Freight Carrier items, such as large products like refrigerators), we can deliver directly to Switzerland. In this case, VAT will not be charged.
2. Important: No single item may have a value of more than 1,000 euros (internal policy).

• Personal Export by the Customer
  If you would like to have the German VAT refunded, please follow these steps:

1. When placing your order, provide a Swiss Billing Address and a German Delivery Address.
2. Personally take the goods across the border into Switzerland.
3. Have the import confirmed by Swiss customs on the original invoice.
4. Send the invoice stamped by customs back to us.

We will refund the German VAT you paid to your German bank account as quickly as possible.
