Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, absolutely! You can pick up your online order at our logistics center in Nidda and save on Shipping Costs.

This is how self-collection (Click & Collect) works:

1. Order: During the checkout process, select "Click & Collect (Pickup)" as your shipping method.
2. Wait: You will receive an email from us with your pickup slip as soon as your order is ready for collection.
3. Pick up: Bring your pickup slip (on your phone or printed out) with you when you come to us.

Pickup times:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• No pickups are possible on Saturdays, December 24th/31st, or on public holidays in Hesse.
