For items you picked up via "Click & Collect (Pickup)", free returns by mail are unfortunately not possible.
However, you are welcome to return the items easily and directly at our logistics center in Nidda.

- Return hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays in Hesse and December 24th/31st)
- Please bring: Your Order Number or your invoice (on your phone or printed out)
Of course, your 30-day return policy also applies to items picked up in person.
